The National Disability Authority (NDA) presents its first report under section 15(6) of the National Disability Authority Act 1999, as amended by section 50(2) of the Disability Act 2005, to the Minister of State at the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform with special responsibility for Disability Issues and Mental Health, Dr Jimmy Devins TD. [1]
[1] Under S.I. No. 556 of 2007 [Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2007] the duties conferred on the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform by the Disability Act 2005 and the National Disability Authority Act 1999 have been delegated to Minister Devins.
