Publications

Every NDA publication available on the website can be found by subject, by date and alphabetically by title.

Most publications are available in HTML and PDF format. A PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded. Alternative accessible formats are available for many publications.

The 3% Target


The 3% target is a positive action measure under the Disability Act 2005 aimed at supporting the employment and career development of people with disabilities in the public sector. All public bodies are legally obliged to report on the number of people with disabilities working for them. Read the NDA guidance and research on this area.
