Advice paper (2010) - Review of operation of Disability Act 2005

Section 6 of the Disability Act 2005 provided for a review of the operation of the Act by the Minister for Justice within 5 years.

The National Disability Authority submitted an advice paper to the Minister in 2010 setting out a section by section comment on operational issues, to inform that review.
